My System ~ 21st century vs Quality Chess

Greetings

I am considering Nimzowitsch's My System, but I don't know which edition is best.

I got this edition (Quality Chess) available on a local bookstore: http://www.amazon.com/System-Chess-Classics-Aron-Nimzowitsch/dp/9197600539/ref=pd_sim_b_1?ie=UTF8&refRID=1KJEYX5PFR77S0MNBQRD

and I can order this (21st century edition) from the webhttp://www.amazon.com/My-System-21st-Century-Edition/dp/1880673851

Are there really great differences between the two editions? Anyone has any opinion on which one is best?

Cheers

I think one of the editions uses an old system of chess notation, difficult to understand.

The other version uses the modern algebratic system, which makes life a lot easier. I think its the 21st centrury edition which uses the algebratic system, check in the readers reviews in Amazon, someone is bound to comment on it.

I'm not familiar with either version but I did a liitle checking. The 21st Century edition was published in 1991 and the other was actually published in the 21st century, in 2007. The 2007 edition claims to be a more accurate translation of the original. That may not alter much of the instructive material but is supposed to make some anecdotes more accurate to the original.

As I said, I'm not really familiar with either edition but I would choose the 2007 version for myself.
