Post Your Chess Sets

That is just beautiful. The whole thing. Every time I see it. Nice to see another Tal fan as well.
The Fischer Spassky chess set in plastic weighted with a 3.75 inch king. On a Chess Era leather rollup chess board with 2.25 inch squares. And a ZMF-II chess clock.
I think you're safe from any accusations that you're not a real chess fan.

Thanks, and I am a huge Tal fan. But that could be obvious.
There are some clues if one is observant.

A very nice tournament sized roll-up set from Duetorri. Plastic, double weighted no nonsense Staunton pieces and a mouse pad-style board. I´ve beefed up the carrying case with a cardboard tube. It´s my big travel set.
Despite being luxury chess sets, they are not only visually appealing but also practical for actual gameplay. They seamlessly blend both strategic functionality and aesthetic beauty.
A basic plastic set "gets the job done," but playing with a beautiful, artistic, high-quality set boosts the pleasure of the experience.

...especially "The Sher-E-Punjab," which I acquired from Chessbazaar. The intricate attention to detail, particularly in the design of the knight chess pieces, astounded me.
Beautiful, but I´d be too afraid of breaking them to focus on the game. Post them in the Knights on Parade thread!
I "think" I have the same board,if it's a JLP 21" Players Choice....Or it could be the superb Drueke board that you're showing....Like it,either way.

The board is nice but nothing fancy. It´s a german Philos veneered (walnut/maple) particleboard with 2 inch/50 mm squares. What I wanted to show were the pieces. Again nothing fancy or expensive but nice and eminently playable. Called Dubrovnink Standard.
