Maybe I can change your mind. I received this set years ago as a Christmas present from a relative who knew I played. It's not the same 3D game played on the Starship Enterprise. In fact, I don't even know what its rules are. Maybe someday I'll learn but I'm really not that interested. The pieces are weighted and felted, though, even if they are too large for the boards. For a short while I used one of the boards alone as an analysis set.
I inherited this set from a grandfather who passed back in 1977. Someday I should get around to cleaning it. The pieces need re-felting but are in good shape otherwise. The box not so much. This is actually an decent set to play with because the pieces are easily recognized. I think the board is from an old Ganine Conquerer set I used to own. That set did not survive long with my younger brothers after I left home for college.
