One followed by four for me.
Which Vintage Soviet Russian Set do you Like the Most?

One followed by four for me.
Ditto
I like one, four is ok, the others don't do anything for me.

They look rather crude but thats part of their appeal to me .... wonder what my shrink would make of that ?

I've always been partial to a set I first saw in the Encyclopedia Britannica when I was a child. It was made in the 1920s at the Lomonosov Porcelin factory. At one point I thought I might someday own such a set, but when one went up for auction about fifteen years ago, the price was over $10,000.

# 1 for me if I had to choose between the four. The Dubrovnik has them all beat IMO.
Obviously...the Dubrovnik slays all four without question haha.

Have you noticed that ALL the Kings don't have a cross on top of the crown?
Also that ALL the Bishops do not have the cut on the hat that normal chess set have?
Must be about goverment and religion.
I don't care for any of them.
We can see you are quite motivated by the mundane plastic sets. You certainly have good taste.
