Hi . I am 40 years old. I want to very very beginner in chess. I only chess rules and check mate in 1 moves.

So I bought Winning chess Series by Yasser Seirawan. These are 7 books. What is the reading order for me? Can you list me?Thank you.

1. Play WInning Chess

2. Winning Chess Tactics

3. Winning Chess Strategies

4. Winning Chess Brilliancies

5. Winning Chess Openings

6. Winning Chess Endings

7. Winning Chess Combinations

Thank you.But in winning brilliant game book opening,middlegame endgame part.İf İ read winnng endgame book  or opening  after brilliant game how to understand this game part. These book reading order is wrong. 

Maybe right order like these:

1. Play WInning Chess

2. Winning Chess Openings

3. Winning Chess Tactics

4. Winning Chess Strategies

5. Winning Chess Endings

6. Winning Chess Combinations

7. Winning Chess Brilliancies

Here is a comment in one of the links I posted that may help - the last paragraph is the answer to your question I think:

However, in the intro to book seven, he talks a little about the series as a whole and about reading order.

He says that he originally wanted to create four courses: openings, middlegames (split into tactics and strategies), and endgames, but that the publishers wanted an intro book (Play Winning Chess) first. The Brilliancies book is meant to be a capstone at the end of the course, and the Combinations book is an addition to the middlegame section.

He says "While Play Winning Chess was meant to be read first and Winning Chess Tactics second, Winning Chess Brilliancies was meant to be read last. The other books could be read out of turn."
