Probably somewhere around $20 since that's what they're mostly selling it for on amazon. i need to check the USPS shipping rates and will get back to you.

Arpad Elo is from Wisconsin and we run the Arpad Elo Open tournament every year in Wisconsin. Also yes Mr. Elo did create the Elo system!
Hi, for my math fair this year, my project was Chess and Mathematics. I purchased the book The Ratings of Chessplayers Past & Present by Arpad E. Elo (mathematician that I think created the Elo system used by most federations today). It is hardcover and it was bought in used condition. It's yellowed a bit, but the book itself is in relatively good condition. It is perfectly read-able. Cover shows a bit of wear. Published 1978. If interested, comment!
