I keep blundering my pieces when I play and and lose the game and this demotivates me so much that I cannot continue to play I need assistance of my fellow chess players

this might not be that helpful, but it helps me. before you make a move, ask "What will my opponent play?". it helps to see the board from your opponents view. Also, always make sure that your pieces are protected. That's a big part of piece coordination, which is a key factor in chess.

for your rating you should play 10 min games and overall slower games

Practice a lot of tactical puzzle and play long games (30 mins)

Go through ALL of the opponent’s pieces, and think if he can move them FORWARD and ATTACK you

Click on every single piece after every single move to see legal moves... then play bullet where it doesn't matter if you blunder

Used to have a really similar problem. Would definitely recommend courses online. the best I have seen and has worked for me is https://chessmood.com/?r=NationalChessBlasters . It's run by a ton of GMs like Avetik Grigoryan!

I strongly agree. GM Avetik Grigoryan's course really works for avoiding blunders.

have a counter plan to regroup.

What I have found is to look for common blunders. One example is when your queen is attacked and you move it to a square covered by a long-range bishop (this is just an example blunder, it doesn’t just have to be your queen)

The best way for me to avoid blunders like these is to experience these myself and then remember whenever I move a piece, “Can they use one of these tricks?” It is easier than checking all of your opponent’s legal moves to check for blunders. Stockfish does that, but it doesn’t mean we can.

I'm sorry but the only way is to not hang them. It's helpful to ask yourself "What will my opponent play?"

Tip,if your opponent plays a pin on a piece that you can’t protect without it capturing if you can, sometimes you can find a check for the opponent to use the piece pinning the king or queen,to block the check.then, you can comfortably move your pieces while the piece protecting the pin is stuck with a pin and can’t move.
