If you were referring to opening theory, then I don't think it matters on their level.

And you can learn opening by watching yt there are a bunch of ppl the teach openings

just play gambits, reach 2500+ on chess.com, and watch gothamchess for gambits to improve
You make it sound easy. Though personally, I won't recommend them to play gambits in beginner level. Maybe few gambit might be okay, but most of them aren't for that level.

I could help you for free if you just want to play one or two unrated live chess games sometime and maybe get my tailored advice afterwards.
However, if you want a "real coach" with training and personal insight and chess homework, then I don't have the time for that and you aren't likely to find many (or any) people willing to offer this for free.
If you are young and don't have money to spend yourself (as being 13 probably falls under this category), then you can learn a lot with free resources online. Chess puzzles like chess.com Daily Puzzle, playing games online, or watching YouTube videos on chess. There is so much good information out there for free 
If you have a little money to spend (or parents can buy for you), then chess books might be good investments or perhaps even some chess.com membership if you use the site enough.

You might want try to play really long time controls. Also, analyze your games (especially lost ones). Ask yourself: What could I have done better? This question helps would help you no matter how far you get in chess.
