Improvement comes slower at higher ratings, and is not always measured in a point gain.
The same could be said for you...

Just in case you have not yet found a coach.
I am an Expert level coach, based in New Zealand, so 7-10pm CST is 12-3pm here!
I have slots available at those times, most days.
I coach via Zoom to mostly juniors and adults around your level - up to 1700 ish.
Happy to do a session with you and see how we go together.
Rates around 25-30 USD per hour, depends on exchange rate!
