At 1250 there are a lot of people (even 1500-strength players) that can coach you and improve your play.  A significant problem with sub-2000 coaches is that they can only increase your knowledge to a point below but near their own and may do so while instilling in you their own errors that keep them from going higher.  I don't know what the rule of thumb is but I'd guess you'd want a coach at least 500 points stronger than you (once you reach 2000+ the coach-student rating difference may start getting lower).

Yeah I am aware that I am 888, But I advise that you just look at the board, try not to hang pieces and focus on the KING and not the QUEEN

Exactly. There's enough content in books and on the internet that coaches have become pretty useless at this point.

You don't need to be a professional coach to coach someone. You just have to be better than your trainee. For example, I'm apparently qualified to train 97% of chess.com players.
