Watching streamers playing bullet is probably not the content that will help you getting better...

It depends on what type of chess your looking to get better at. For bullet, you can't learn, it's just muscle memory and practice. For blitz it takes playing solid then doing well in bullet. For rapid, well my rating goes to show I have no advice there.

At your level, you can spend that money much more efficiently if you are serious about improving. A chess.com membership will give you so much more value than lessons.
