Don't know for sure, but there was a platinum complaining he couldn't access them the other day. Was that a glitch or policy? Who knows...For sure the Diamond still works. OTOH if you were thinking of downgrading, you could always apply a lower level payment toward Diamond if it didn't work out.
Question on the availability of the Old Lessons

The membership page isn't much help since it doesn't mention the old lessons, but I wouldn't be surprised to find there's a paywall around them except for Diamonds.
