How can I give feedback to Chess Mentor

I have found an error here:

The question ask to find the best defense for White. It gives the line 1. Rd6+ Ng6+ 2. Rxg6+ hxg 3. Rxe3 g5#

It's beautiful, but not correct. The best defense for White is 1. gxf4 Rxc3 2. Rd6+. White still lose, but the fight isn't over yet. In fact I see the whole line above, that's why I choose the line gxf4.

So how could I give this feedback to Chess Mentor?
