My current rating is 1300+ i was 1400 then i decreased to 1325 now... But as what i have noticed i have better game against better players somewhat like 1400 or 1400+... I want to know the reason behind that..? What must be the reason..

Sounds like, you need More practice, and 'pattern recognition'; As to, how to take advantage, of the weaker moves .. that, Lower, than '1400' something players, are more prone, to play.  o:

 

Ps. - The faster, the 'time-control', one plays ;The More important, seeing 'things' at-a-glance, {plus, how to take advantage}, becomes !
