Simultaneous Exhibition

I have the opportunity to be able to participate in a simultaneous exhibition by GM Enkhtuul from my country, I read couple of links about simultaneous exhibition but I am still not sure if I should aim for the position, or the game generally, to be as simple as possible or complicated?

Keep it simple because a GM might not miss sth I would miss in a complicated situation

Keep it complicated because I would have more thinking time thus the opportunity to create traps.

Which one should I go for?

You have a big advantage. You can look up everything about her.

Her rating is 2209.

You can see 77 of her games at: http://www.chessgames.com/player/altanulzii_enkhtuul.html

Why not figure out what she usually plays and see if you know any of those openings?  Eight years ago, somebody made a remark on Chessgames:

Nov-18-08    percyblakeney: 14-year-old Enxtuul seems to like unusual openings (and has no draws in the database yet). She plays the Polish, Budapest Gambit, Scandinavian, and so on, and that with good results.

Here is the score of a game from 2010:

What do you play against 1 b4?

I don't know what else she is playing these days but she might be impressed if you actually know something about those openings and don't get a lost position in 5 moves.

I will only try using it against my friends when I am casually playing. Thanks anyway.
