saya mulai dr yg pertama ya. Lgk 10. c4? Next

In the first game, would there have been something wrong with 19. 0-0-0 rather than K d2? Pretty wild game with neither side castling , I would have done that rather than an all out attack before getting your king safe, possibly on the king's side.  In the second game, is B xb5 a book line? I see the point of clearing out all black's Q side pawns. At the end, material is equal, you would have eventually had to give up one of your rooks, hopefully for 2 Q side pawns and a piece! Not sure why you resigned if that is what happened. Is that the whole game?

in both games too many moves wasted in opening-castle and develope all your pieces before making play

Which moves that being my blunder? please explain.. i need to learn :)

anggi, maksud vin mgk di kedua game anggi terlalu lama 0-0 artinya rokade adalah fase akhir dlm opening. Memang 2 game di atas anggi mengabaikan rokade. Trims

Both 12. f4 (game 1) and 8. ... Qc7 followed by 9. ... b5 (game 2) are blunders. Based on these blunders, I think you know many theoretical opening lines and standard plans, but don't understand them. If I am false, please explain your reason of these moves.

Additionally, the 2nd game should have been won by white. Luckily, your opponent can't convert his advantage to win.

In game 2 it seems like 23. ... Bc4 is a mistake.  23. ... Rab8 is much better.  Even if he sees the threat to the d6 rook you're still pick up at least one pawn...most likely two.
