Most of the repertoire books mentioned don't cover the Ruy Lopez. The Ntirlis book does. The Davies book does. The Marin book only covers the Ruy Lopez Exchange variation. You'll need an additional book or books on the Ruy with most of the repertoire books mentioned.
A couple of Petroff books have full repertoires for Black if the Petroff interests you.

Playing the Petroff by Dhopade
I’m looking for a good book to learn how to play 1….e5. In particular I’m after books that explain that typical structures, ideas, exchanges, manoeuvres etc (ideally from black’s perspective) rather than just recommended lines. I’ve heard good things about Bologan’s Weapons. Any others you’d recommend?
Thanks
