No, mainly the English defence is covered. The article is really great - many interesting games of GM Tony Mails are covered but ... in Russian language :)))))
But you still should be able to run through variations - there is a game viewer in the page ?

PS. I personally don't have any problems with the Russian language. In fact both my English and Russian languages are equally ... bad :))))))
