Black can seize an initiative with Qf6, if white takes then black has a reasonable pawn center with pressure down the g-file, and the ability to castle queenside, if white trys to prevent castling with Qh3 then Bc5 grabs the initiative again.
Edit: black cannot castle, but can move to d7 or e7 to bring in the rook

The worst I can see happening is that they play Ke6 after that knight move, and you move into normal fried liver lines. Best that happens, they blunder with Be6.
