That trick always works for me because my middle initial is "T"
Aggressive Response to White's d4

I second the Dutch as one of the most aggressive responses to d4. The essense of the Dutch "defense" is to castle quickly and go on the attack against white's king. It makes for exciting and dynamic games.
Of course it can end just as spectacularly the other way too.

Doesnt black has a cramped position at this opening? White though has a spacious game in his opening.......There is some queer moves also...

dutch is meh in my opinion. Firstly the main line isnt much fun for black, and neither are common sidelines such as the hopton, staunton etc.
Yet, these will be like 95% of the games you play as black, assuming the people youre playing are maybe above 1600ish level and have basic opening knowledge.

I've been playing the Dutch a lot the last several months in corresponse (on-online not live) chess against players in the 1400-1700 range mostly (who I usually get in random matches). I've done very well with it. Many players in this range won't fianchetto the light squared bishop and I'm able to do so on my queenside. That makes the attack against the king especially deadly.
The general plan includes
1. Trading off you kingside knight often after moving it to e4 for a knightor dark squared bishop.
2. Following such a trade the dark squared bishop can get more scope and acivity on f6.
3. Pointing your queen at the castled king, often with the moves Qe8,Qh5.
4. Pushing the e and f pawns generally in response to white moving the d and e pawns.
5. The light squared bishop is actually fine on c1 guarding your e6 pawn during the opening. Later it comes into the game by way of d7, e7 or if the center has opened up or whites central pawns have been pushed Ba6 is a nice diagonal towards white's king. Though if white doesn't fianchetto, it is great to fiachetto this bishop.
No one would call the Dutch a "solid defense" but it is sound and is played at the grand master level (though not commonly). The key is to play aggressively. If you play aggressively you rarely get a cramped position - and the thread is asking for aggressive responses to d4. =)
Hello guys I am making this forum so that you can share an agressive opening to white's d4.....may it will be a Kin's Indian, Grunfeld or Nimzo- Indian...pls share it wih us....
