Any opening books recommended?

However I find it difficult to learn from complete games because I am not so familiar to the original plan one supposed to have.😂😂I am not so good at the 'old' ideas too.
So I am trying to learn some basic opening to handle most of my games,I am considering the "grandmaster repertoire" and the "opening repertoire" series by everyman chess. But I don't know which of them suits me most.

If you are really starting "from the ground up" (it's a stunning achievement of which you can be very proud indeed if you have achieved your current grades "without opening knowledge"), Reuben Fine's very old book, "The Ideas Behind the Chess Openings" is well worthwhile although very, very out of date. "The Mammoth Book of Chess" has some very good ideas about how to work on your openings and how to use an engine to help you (including thoughts on the limitations of engines). After that and maybe the books already mentioned (I can't comment on those because I am not familiar with them) you might well be looking for specific detailed books on specific openings. Another useful idea is to use "Best games" books of Grandmasters who play your preferred openings; for example ample in the 1990s I used to recommend the Batsford book of John Nunn's best games to anyone trying to learn the King's Indian. Just a few thoughts - hope they help somehow.
I am about 2400 in bullet, but maybe only 2200 in blitz, which is because,I think,I am poor in opening and always played bad moves which leads to a harsh middle game.In bullet games I can just throw all my pieces to my opponent's king and win but it doesn't work in blitz or any slower game.So I plan to learn some strong openings.
At first I just rely on engine but soon I find I can't remember all lines and it's hard to know what engine is doing, especially when it's ±0.5.So I want to get some books to learn by myself. But there're so many!I don't know which of them are worth reading,so could you give some advice?THAAAAAAAANKS!
