"Bongcloud attack"? Where did this name come from and who uses it?

Lenny Bongcloud was a very active member here for many years. He has an astoundingly bad win/loss record, but Lenny's goal was always to march his K to the other side of the board. So it's less of an opening than a whole game philosophy, but the kids like to open with it because it has a cool name and nothing enrages your opponent more than an early (and pointless) king walk. He's still a member here, although no longer active.
Variation of Bongcloud.
3. f4! is an insteresting but rare variation. Analysis is welcome.
