Virtually unknown openings (Clemenz, Andersson, Ware, Kadas all rook pawn openings that hardly anyone knows about) are still book openings. Even the trolling ones (Barnes opening) are book openings. In fact the dubious Tumbleweed/Hammerschlag/whatever variation is a book move, why not the Bongcloud? List your opinions down below.
