Nowadays, games like roblox have been eligible for not even responding to reports that are helpful for the community. But even worse, these games end up BANNING the wrong person. Chess.com is now vulnerable to bullying and swearing and hate in the community. Club members are leaving, more people spreading hate, bullying or harassment and less people trying to report. This is a problem games need to fix.
So what's the plan?

Tbf you could just use chess.com as not a socal media platform do you really want it to become Roblox not that it isn't an issue
