Actually, I think most games with 2.c4 or 1.c4 c6 2.e4 transpose to Panov attack, or at least a lot of them, after 2...d5 3.exd5 cxd5 4.d4

I recently played a caro kann line that went 1.e4 c6 2.c4. I used the game explorer post game it told me to go to d5 which is what i had done in the first place but would not let me go further due to me not having a premium. What dose white commonly play here and how should black respond?
