Where do you have a kings gambit?
Caro-Kann vs. King's Gambit

Thank you FM bank2010. I appreciate your answer. I see where many of you wonder, where is the King's Gambit. What I meant by King's Gambit, is that white is playing the first two moves of the King's Gambit, even if there is no gambit. Sorry for the confusion.

When I play the Caro-Kann, I don't know what to do against the King's Gambit
After 1. e4 c6
2. f4 d5
3. suggestions please for as many moves as you can
In Lars Schandorff's The Caro-Kann, he writes:
1 e4 c6
2 f4
Is White trying to play the Grand Prix Attack against the Caro?
2...d5 3 e5
Sometimes White tries to play more flexibly but it doesn't fit well with the pawn on f4:
3 Nc3 dxe4 4 Nxe4 Nf6 5 Nf2 (or 5 Nxf6+ exf6 6 Nf3 Bd6...and Black is fine.
3 Nf3 dxe4 4 Ng5 Nf6 5 Bc4 e6 (5...Bg4 may look strong but watch out for 6 Qxg4! Nxg4 7 Bf7+ when White has a lot of play for the Queen) 6 Nc3 b5 7 Bb3 Nbd7 8 Ngxe4 a5 9 a3 Nc5 10 Qf3 Nfxe4 11 Nxe4 Nxb3 12 Qxb3 Qd5 and Black has surely won the opening debate.
3...Bf5 4 Nf3
4 g4 is too active and after 4...Be4 5 Nf3 h5! Black breaks up the White pawn structure.
4...e6 5 d4
Alternatives like 5 Be2 and 5 g3 are good for Black
5...h5
And now were in a rare Advance Variation of the Caro Kann with an early f4
The natural 5...c5 is trickier for Black
6 Be3 Qb6 7 Qc1 Nh6 (this is becoming a standard move) 8 c4 and Black continues ok with 8...Be7 and 9...O-O with good play"
I hope this helps
