Not necessarily that move order, but that checkmate with the minor pieces after that Queen Sacrifice in the opening. Here is a Legal's Mate that can occur in the Goering Gambit; this one has another name which refers more specifically to it; it's Sea Cadet's Mate.
1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.d4 exd4 4.c3 dxc3 5.Nxc3 d6 6.Bc4 Bg4 7.0-0 Ne5 8.Nxe5 Bxd1 9.Bxf7+ Ke7 10.Nd5# 1–0
In the first line I gave you do need 5. h3. If you play 5. Nxe4 as you've shown, Black can take the Knight.
