Classical Dutch a5 vs Ne4 vs Qe8

I think this 20 min YouTube video is great on classical Dutch; it’s pretty much all many people would need. I would also have a look at Lichess data base under analysis adjusted for your rating range. It is the best way to see what people would play against main and side lines for a specific rating range.
Hello, I am studying the classical dutch for an upcoming over the board tournament. I have played it in many games on lichess and was wondering about what move is best for black on move 7. a5 is great as it is better in the qc2 move order transpositions, and I am not comfortable with ne4 lines. Can anyone give me some tips in Qe8 or a5 lines?
