Why are you always black?? The best defense is preparation coupled with meticulous attention to detail. It helps to calculate too, or so I've heard.
Do you know a dangerous opening for white?

I don't know why I'm always black... perhaps my rating (its lower than my opponents though)
I recommend(and btw , I'm 1932
) 1. h4 whatever, 2.h5 whatever, 3.h6! If you're still not in checkmate, keep pushing that damn pawn!
I just checked your games: it seems you are not always Black.
And why are you asking for a good opening for White?
I'm more confused than usual.

I'm fine usually when I'm white, but when I'm black (remember, white moves first) it's usually white who makes threats.
Your quick games are all against the computer. I would avoid computers, they just kick your ass with no effort. I haven't played a computer for about a decade. And they've only gotten better since then.
Your two (of four) games of slower chess where you have black are wins.
Two solid and relatively easy to learn openings for black are
1. e4 d6 (the Caro-Kann); and
2. d4 Nf6 2. c4 g6 (the King's Indian)
Both these openings are sound and avoid the favourite openings white is hoping for.
You can study the main variations of these here: http://www.chess.com/openings/
Good luck. :)
Actually, Black can direct the play as much as, if not more than , White.
Good point- What I meant to say was it depends on white's first move. Would it be e4 or d4, or something unorthodox like f3?
It is dangerous to open a can of tuna at work. Not everyone likes tuna.

Don't microwave fish either or you get faces from your co-workers.

Can someone please tell me a good defense for black that has traps? I am usually black. Thanks!
