The Icelandic Gambit is absolutely brutal, but that's assuming White accepts...

Try the Alekhine with black. It is easy to learn the main lines, tactical in many, forcing, sound and out of fashion, even though it has been played by many former and current top players. I love it (and also play the Smith-Morra with white) I think I’m roughly at your strength too

even if white is a patzer and does not know what hes doing (which he usually is) even then you still struggle with a space disadvantage and lack of getting play

The Albin Counter-Gambit (1.d4 d5 2.c4 e5):

This is an aggressive and unorthodox response to 1.d4. Black sacrifices a pawn early to get active piece play and open lines for counterattacks. Many players are not familiar with the theory, and if White isn't cautious, they can quickly find themselves in a difficult position. The Albin Counter-Gambit can lead to unbalanced positions where both sides have chances for an attacking game.

its not the greatest if white knows their stuff on it though...
