FINALLY built a repertoire

I have finally built a repertoire! I feel like as an amature i have learned every opening and its ideas behind it. It took me months of struggle and trial and error. I know people will tell me i shouldn't care about this at my level. I chose the ruy lopez main line, sicilian Najdorf and QGD. I don't know anything else though like the english, french and caro kann.

And your games are still being decided by blunders...

Thanks for nothing.

I see you are an AMATEUR at spelling too!

Ruy Lopez Main Line, Sicilian Najdorf, and QGD, huh?  And how far is that going to get you?  Nowhere is the answer!

As White, if you play e4, what happens when Black plays 1...e6, 1...c6, 1...d5, 1...d6, 1...g6, 1...Nf6, or 1...e5 and 2...Nf6 or 1...c5 and doesn't play the Najdorf?

As White, if you play d4, what happens when Black plays 1...Nf6, 1...f5, or 1...d5 and 2...dxc4, or 1...d5 and 2...Nc6?

As Black, if you answer 1.e4 with 1...e5, what happens if White avoids the Ruy?  Kings Gambit?  Scotch?  Vienna?  Danish?  Exchange Ruy?

As Black, if you answer 1.e4 with 1...c5, what happens if White plays the Closed Sicilian, Grand Prix, Alapin, Morra Gambit, or Moscow?

As Black, if you answer 1.d4 with 1...d5, what happens if White plays the London, Colle, Veresov, Torre, or Psuedo-Trompowsky?

Knowing nothing more than those 3 openings will get you nowhere!  Knowing them will also get you nowhere until you truly UNDERSTAND them and not memorize them, especially at your level where clowns face clowns and you'll be out of book by move 6.  What do you do then?  If all you did was memorize these lines, you are just as lost as your opponent is after his deviation from theory!

Your time would be better spent elsewhere!

You have made a great job! As far as I am >2000  I don't have a repertoire and I'm struggling to learn openings. It's always difficult to learn an opening. So you've made a good foundation for you chess skills.

" i have learned every opening and its ideas behind it. It took me months..."

This is when you know it will end badly.  When a 1300 payer mastered something in "months" that takes GM's years.

Yeah! It sounds crazy that he has mastered something with his 1300 elo. So may be he learnt main lines of these openings. It's always better to have some knowledge of the openings instead of void like: 1. e4 e5 2. Bc4 Nh6? or something like that.

He probably also thinks that if you can remember that 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 Nf6 5.Nc3 g6 6.Be3 Bg7 7.f3 Nc6 8.Qd2 O-O is the dragon, and that White can play 9.O-O-O, 9.g4, or 9.Bc4, that you must KNOW the Dragon at that point!

Ok, I play 6.f4!  Now what do you do?  How about 7.Be2 instead of 7.f3?  Shoot!  How about 2.Nc3, now what?
