Ah yeah, right, that's the true spirit of this opening! 
I once played in a tournament in which one of the players started every game with 1.f3 2.Kf2 and 1...f6 2.Kf7. I wanted him to play it against me so I said to him, "You'd never play that against me!" I reasoned if I said that to him he would be sure to play it against me just to show me up. Alas, he crossed me up and played a normal opening. True story.
This is a humoristic opening giving a more or less equal game.
