For white, Evans Gambit/Max Lange attack against 1...e5, and the morra smith gambit against the sicilian. I can't really recommend any gambits against the french or caro-kann. The panov attack in the caro kann give white a good attack, for the price of an isolated d-pawn, which is the same idea as a gambit but istead of material your weakening your pawn structure in exchange for active pieces.

As black the schielmann defense against the ruy, and the two knights defense.

And the Albinconter gambit against the queens gambit.
