The Riga may be indeed playable for Black with best play! It's something like +/= according to the theory in OTB play, but is it more than that? Not sure. I don't know if the computer is that usefull in the Riga ending because the endings in general is not the speciality of the computer! As you I believe the rook ending in the Bg5 line to be drawable too. 15.c3 to keep your white bishop is indeed interesting. At the end White may still have the best chances ton win. Did you finish games on the subject or your games are still running from this point?

I have problems to play the Riga Variation, as white, to win it in correspondence games with computer help.
I've seen lots of "refutations", but there's always a surprising move or some lin which draws!
