Actually this is quite a revered opening.
This is called the reversed bongcloud (normal is for white to play Ke2).
There has been extensive analysis on this opening and it is actually quite good and has been in the opening repetoir from players like Anand and Karpov.

I don't like playing games where the person doesn't start in a way that would respect a worthy player's skill - not that I'm that skilled, but it just seemed like a huge insult to make this move.
