I love this opening with the white pieces, but there are certain variations that, if Black has studied well, they can surprise you.
I’m not going to comment on the main line of 8. Qg3?!, which is theoretically bad for White. That’s why I play other alternatives like 8. Qf4!? or 4. Qc4!? the Hall Variation.
