usually if white regains the pawn without issues white is better as I said based on my experience under 1600 don't know how to defend properly after that hopefully you're tactical skill has improved and you can move on to other openings

You don’t have to watch all of it. There’s a basics video, then one each on all of the main lines. You can go as deep as you want.
It is not a good opening if you haven’t studied it. It’s not something you use and assume you’re going to master it simply by just using it.

From my understanding of chess, whoever loses their king to checkmate loses the game and thus, is renowned the title of Bobo the monkey. Therefore, how could it possibly be a good idea to gambit - sacrifice - your king?
