yes In general, but not having concrete positions may change that idea. with knight on c6, the Queen on a5 is blocked from c7 if the c7 pawn has not moved to c5. the Queen on c7 sometimes can support bishop to d6.

Since after 1. e4 d5 2. exd5 Qxd5 3. Nc3 Qa5, black can simply later play Nc6 and Bf5 and then, Black can castle queenside with a semi-open D-file (and if the king ever gets in check by the diagonal black can always play Kb8)
