Is the Sicilian Pin Variation B40 or B41?

Hello chess freinds,
I haven't got my encyclopedia B with me at the moment. Chess. com says that . c5 2. Nf2 e6 3. d4 cd 4. Nxd4 Nf6 5. Nc3 Bb4 has the eco code "B40". But https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ECO_codes reaches that B40 ends with 3. d4; cd 4. Nxd4 is B41. Could somebody look it up please? Many thx in advance.
