Is there a book for the full nf6 repetoire

Is there an opening book for intermediate players about the nimzo-indian, bogo-indian/queen's indian defense, and fighting the london system? Basically a book on nf6 preferable without the king's indian defense.

Well, yes and no.  A "single" book?  No.  But the following two would solve your problem:

Opening Repertoire: Nimzo and Bogo Indian (Everyman Chess-Opening Repertoire): Christof Sielecki: 9781781941096: Amazon.com: Books

Dealing with d4 Deviations: Fighting The Trompowsky, Torre, Blackmar-Diemer, Stonewall, Colle And Other Problem Openings (Everyman Chess): Cox, John: 9781857443998: Amazon.com: Books

The second one is SPECIFICALLY for those that do not play ...g6 lines (KID, Grunfeld, etc) since there are two other books that cover those lines.  The book I mention above is for those that play the Nimzo, QGD, QGA, Slav, or any other opening involving ...e6 rather than ...g6.  It covers not just the London, but the Torre, Tromp, Veresov, etc.

Thanks that's exactly what I was looking for
