it would depend if that is the strongest move:
will it gain you material
will it gain you space
will it gain you mobility
will it help develop your pieces
a lot goes into finding the strongest move.
There is no need to follow the book. trust in yourself. if you fail, you know you gave it all. learn and win the next game.
