Kings Indian Attack question

Hello I have a question regarding the KIA.  Whenever I begin playing the KIA my opponent attacks the f2 square and I cannot see how to properly account for this within the confinds of the KIA.  This is how the game typically starts after the first few moves with my opponent.

I Know this is not the standard start to KIA but it is what my opponent (black) almost always starts with.

This proceeds to:

Where his attack on f2 is apparent and I cannot think of a suitable defence.  Would Be3 be best?  Or h3?

I would love to hear some input from some more knowledgeable players.  Thank for your time.  I am sorry if this is a very elementary question.

Actually, that is not the King's Indian Attack at all.  If you wanted to do that, do it through the French defense 1.e4 e6 2.d3 d5.  Now, your move 3.d3 is way too passive which is why black is getting pressure on f2 so quickly.  In addition, you blunt your light square bishop.  Instead, play a bishop move 3.Bc4 or 3.Bb5.  You develop your bishop to good diagonals and prepare castling.  This should improve your opening considerably.

Typically I try to develop into:

As is the classical KIA attack, but in doing so I seem to be allowing for too much pressure on f2.

So assuming they are doing 1. e4 e5 you would still proceed 2. Nf3 Nf6 3.Bc4 instead of going for the King side fianchetto later in development?

It does if your first move was 1. Nf3!! though...

I guess what I am looking for is a suitable offense for the two knights defense.  Any suggestions?

I have been reading : 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4 Nf6 and 4. Ng5 and the most popular response seems to be 4... Bc5  and at this point the standard move for white seems to be 5. Bxf7+, and I am wondering why would white not do Nxf7 and fork the Rook and Queen?

But knowing my opponent they would use 4...d5..

This is the situation that has been unfolding for me.  From my reading the line stops after d4, and I am trying what is best to play here, and Qf3 seems viable.  This ends in a queen exchange with white having more development, ready to castle, down 2 pawns and queen to blacks knight pawn and queen.  With Qf3 the exchange seems to be all but a done deal bc any other move by black seems to lead to a significant advantage for white.

After the capturing the black queen with either the knight or pawn, from what i have seen the knight seems like a better option, where do we as white proceed from here?  Ng5? c3?

I would love some more information and input on this situation,  Thank you all for your comments thus far. :)

7. bishop e6???

Did you mean 7.Bd5 ?  Because 7. Be6 is not possible bc of the Knight on d5, if so....

If you move 7. Be6 he is completely unprotected and 7...Qxe6 follows to me it seems you as white lose your bishop for no gain.

So after 13 ...Qe1+ white has to move 14. Bf1 and then we are left with white 2B, 1K, 1R, Q 6Pawns, and black 1B, 2K, 1R, Q, 6 Pawns.  So the main advantage white gains here is pawn structure?
