Knight at d2 or d7 opening names

Hello,

I would like to know the names of the openings where queen side's Knight is placed at d2 (white) or, d7 (black) early in the game. 
Any idea?

KIA, or King's Indian Attack springs to mind, as does the Tarrasch line in the French, or the Modern Caro-Kann for White.

theres endles ammount of them in 1.d4, listing them would probably take someone hours.

Most Caro-kann mainline for Black

Let's not forget the worst opening in all of chess that I avoid like the plague as both Black and White, the Najdorf Sicilian.
