long castling chess openings

- Open Sicilian
This is a re-occuring theme in many Open Sicilian lines that white is going to castle queenside and attack kingside.
- Urusov Gambit
The Gambit is a bit dubious but actually semi-respectable.
- Caro-Kann, Two Knights Attack

You can't force long castling. To pre-meditate where your king is going is idiotic.
Sure, you can play 1.e4 and hope and pray for a Dragon or Najdorf, but what happens when they play 1...g6 or 1...e6 or 1...Nf6?

I mean, there are variations where long castling is better, like most mainlines of the Sicilian Defense or the mainline Caro-Kann. But there really isn't an opening where you're supposed to long castle. Maybe the Grob because you immediately weaken the kingside, but even in that scenario you can still consider short castling.
