Looking for someone to play Scandinavian as Black.

Heya, I'm a 1824 uscf player looking for someone to play and analyze Scandinavian games. Live chess and correspondence are fine with me, so if you're interested leave a reply!

Please clarify.  When you say looking for opponents to play the Scandinavian as Black, you mean you are Black, or we are Black?

I am playing from the white side. You would be black.

I'll probably pass then.  I hate the 2...Nf6 lines, and while I have played the 2...Qd5 lines on and off, while I do ok against the "main line", too many trappy sidelines for White (5.Bd2, 5.Bc4, 7.Ne5, etc) result in positions I really don't care to defend, and often have gotten my queen trapped.

I think I'll leave it up to the next person that reads this post.  I can play any of the "big 4" (e5, e6, c5, c6) or the Modern, if you are ever interested.  I'll leave the Alekhine, Pirc, Scandinavian, and garbage lines (like Owen's Defense) for somebody else.

The Scandinavian is a joke and you shouldnt have so much trouble against it.

Just load your gun, play c4-d4 and push d5, pray for the best and mate.

Not sure how the Scandinavian is a joke since it's been played at the champion level... but okay.
