Milner-Barry Gambit, Grand Prix Attack

Hello, all.

I am going to play in a big tournament in a few days, and I realized I haven't studied against the French and Sicillian in AGES. Which, at my level,(1300) both openings are played very often. I know the basics of the Grand Prix, and I need help on how to proceed after this:

Also, the Milner-Barry is a little clearer to me, but I need help after this position. Pet lines, anyone?

Thank you all.

you should get the book Chess Openings for White Explained. The book has great advice, and has enough diagrams so that you don't have to use a board or pieces. At your level however, I wouldn't study openings past move 6. For the Milner, are you preparing for playing this as white or black?

White, and the tournament is 2 DAYS from now. I can't get a chess book from amazon that quick!

I wouldn't play 3. e5. The main line is 3.Nc3, the reason being is after 3. e5 c5, black is equal IMHO.
