after h5 instead of f5 we get a balanced play and the KID isn't refuted clearly. To your question I would say equally balanced but it has too much material for one single diagram :)

It always happens that White will have a good play on q-side but when i looked at my diagram I didn't see anything devasting. White can hold slight advantage in some lines but nothing more than that.

But any good player would forsee potential mate and avoid it.  Mate is a great goal but remember, your opponent is looking for their best move and therefore likely won't just let you mate them. 

slight advantage does not mean tiny space advantage. And btw i've never lost to you on chess.com or drawn you on chess.com yet.

so far my refutation of the blackmar diemer has went through and my wing gambit one works. you guys are making it hard for me in terms of from and danish

Thats a refutation of the Danish ?????? I'm going to assume that you are being sarcastic,because 1.e4 e5 2.d4 exd 3.c3 Qe7 is a well-known, standard line in the Danish.

That makes as much sense as someone saying,"I never lose as white to 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3  d6 3.d4!!!!!,see d4 refutes the Sicilian!".
