The exact same 12 moves happened in a USCF rated game that I played recently!
Meeting Sozin I usually play Qc7 then Nc6 to exchange white d4 knight. The knight is of too much danger and power over there. Especially in Sozin.

I want to guess Velimirovic, but as far as I know, he wasn't active in 1950s, more like 1970s perhaps.
