Need help for final touches to the Sicilian Defence

I can't say I ever run into this position as I play the Taimanov (2...e6), but assuming you are getting this via 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 3.Bc4 Nc6 4.d4, I would be inclined to play 4...cxd4 5.Nxd4 Nf6, virtually forcing 6.Nc3, and then go into whatever type of lines you prefer when playing the normal open sicilian.  For example, Najdorf players can play 6...a6 or Classical or Scheveningen players can play 6...e6, and follow the lines with an early c4 by White, like the Fischer-Sozin Attack (which is played against the Najdorf most frequently, but can be used against certain other Sicilians.
