I'm afraid these aren't new defenses.
1. c4 b5 is the Jaenisch gambit, something that I don't really respect as an English player. The continuation might be new, but (1) White could play different moves and (2) in the end position I'd play White.
1. c4 f5 is the Anglo-Dutch Defense. As White I'd play 2. g3. If you don't play the Dutch Defense against 1. d4 I'd probably not play the Anglo-Dutch Defense against 1. c4.
Please tell me if you like this system or think the system needs improvement!
I call it the Aridam opening because I looked up 'name that means destroyer' and this popped up.
